The business year of the Association shall be from July 1 to the following June 30th. In order to be in good standing, dues shall be paid on or before the date of the annual meeting. A fifteen minute period will be held prior to calling the meeting to order for the purpose of allowing anyone present to submit their dues and thus be in good standing. Once the meeting is called to order, no dues will be accepted until after adjournment. Only members in good standing and present will be permitted to vote at APIA meetings. Membership fees for the next year may be adjusted at the annual meeting by a simple majority vote.
Voting is limited to one vote per membership. An individual may only be named on one membership. Multiple memberships per individual named will not be allowed.
